Why I coach this way.

Tazz McAlister

Almost 15 years of working with people rebuilding their routines taught me to start with what someone can realistically do. Your schedule, equipment and sticking points shape the plan.

  • You do not need to be perfect before you start.
  • Your schedule, preferences and limitations matter.
  • One bad week does not mean starting over.

Fit matters

This should make sense for both of us.

We'll look at your goals, availability and whether this coaching approach suits you.

Good fit

  • You want structure without making fitness your entire life.
  • You are willing to train consistently and record the work.
  • You want feedback, accountability and a plan that can adapt.
  • You are prepared to be honest when the week does not go to plan.

Probably not

  • You want a 6-week life transformation or quick-fix challenge.
  • You want a crash diet, extreme cut or punishment-style training plan.
  • You expect results without consistently doing the agreed work.
  • You want a rigid plan that ignores work, travel and real life.
  • You need medical, rehabilitation or specialised dietetic care beyond general online fitness coaching.
Questions

Before you express interest.

If 1:1 coaching is not the right fit yet, the free Momentum tools are still there for you.

Do I need to train in a full gym?

No. The program is built around the equipment you can realistically access.

What age do you need to be?

The Momentum Blueprint is for clients aged 18 and over.

Is this only for experienced lifters?

No. The starting point changes with your experience. The plan should fit the person, not force everyone into the same template.

Do I get a strict meal plan?

The focus is general, practical nutrition structure rather than a rigid one-size-fits-all menu. Medical or specialised nutrition needs should be handled with an appropriately qualified health professional.

What happens if work or life blows up for a week?

That is part of the point. The plan can be adjusted without treating one imperfect week as a total reset.
